Refund Program

Ever since Guiding Hands Social Club, LLC learned that Zadeh Kicks went into receivership, we have prioritized finding a way to provide refunds to our customers. We are pleased to launch our Refund Program for unfulfilled orders and gift cards.

Here are the details:

  1. 1. We need you to complete and electronically sign the “Refund and Release Agreement” through DocuSign by no later than December 1, 2022.

  2. 2. Once you have completed and electronically signed the “Refund and Release Agreement”, GHSC will verify the information you provided.

  3. 3. Once GHSC verifies the information you provided, GHSC will sign the “Refund and Release Agreement” and process your refund.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q: Is the “Refund and Release Agreement” a legally binding contract between me and GHSC?
A: Yes.

Our lawyers have prepared a “Refund and Release Agreement.” In summary, this document requires you to provide GHSC information so we can verify information concerning your order and confirm where to send your refund. It also confirms that GHSC is waiving some of its rights in exchange for you agreeing that all disputes between you and GHSC are resolved to your satisfaction once you receive the refund due under the “Refund and Release Agreement.” We think that is a fair trade and hope you do too.

Q: Will I receive a full refund?
A: In almost all cases, yes.

Q: Why are you saying “most” customers or “almost all” customers will receive a full refund, instead of “all”?
A: Some of our customers-initiated chargebacks with payment merchants and credit card companies and may not be eligible for full refunds.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: In most cases, GHSC’s customers will receive a refund within 30 days of submission of the Refund and Release Agreement. Our goal is to issue refunds as soon as possible to your original payment method if available, and if that option is unavailable we'll instead send it directly to your bank account. Customers who paid through PayPal, Gift Card, and Wire Payments will have funds sent to their bank account which may require additional processing time.

Q: Why December 1, 2022?
A: This deadline is necessary to ensure we have sufficient funds to issue full refunds. As you can imagine, GHSC has other obligations to people involved in the company, including loans, deferred compensation, and other obligations. GHSC wants to honor those obligations and cannot put off paying them forever.

Q: What if I don't receive a countersigned agreement?
A: If you do not receive a countersigned “Refund and Release Agreement” via DocuSign within 30 days of submission, please send an e-mail to refunds@guidinghands.vip with a request for an update on your refund request. We will do our best to contact you if your information has not been verified.

Q: How do I know what payment type to select in the form?
A: If you paid through PayPal, select PayPal. If you paid through a Gift Card, select Gift Card. If you paid through a Wire, select Wire Payment. If you did none of these, you likely paid through Stripe through the normal Shopify checkout flow and should select Stripe.

Q: What if I can't find my order information?
A: All of your order information can be found in your email, and as well through signing into your account or creating one with your email here on the website. https://guidinghands.vip/account/login

Q: Will I receive a refund if I initiated a chargeback?
A: Maybe. If your chargeback was approved and you were issued a credit, no. If you received only a partial credit, you may still receive a partial refund, subject to the terms and conditions of the Refund and Release Agreement.

Q: Will I receive a copy of the agreement?
A: Yes. You are free to download a copy at any point during the process of signing for your record keeping. You'll be prompted with the option upon completing your signature. You will also be emailed a final copy of the agreement with both party's signatures once GHSC has signed.

Q: Will you issue refunds to procrastinators who wait until after December 1, 2022 to request a refund?
A: We will launch a second phase of the refund program in January 2023, based on available funds and any proceeds from the Zadeh Kicks receivership. This program will use a slightly different form. We hope to still be able to issue full refunds to most customers who fail to meet the December 1, 2022 deadline, but the likelihood is we will only be able to extend partial refunds ranging from 75% to 90% based on current estimates.  So, please do not procrastinate.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE

Most of our customers have waited patiently for us to launch this refund program. Thank you for that. We will not go into details about how hard we worked to make this happen. We just think it is pretty amazing to be able to extend full refunds to almost all our customers under these circumstances.
